All-Inclusive 4 Day Experience: Virtual: $2,222 In-Person: Details Below. >Day 0: Warm Up. We will voice chat 24 hrs prior to your session so I can get an idea of what you're working, feel into the energy of where you're going/ what you're needing support with. I will ask for you to submit any assets and intake forms so I can prep. >Day 1: 3HRS of Zoom Time usually split into two sessions but you are free to use your time as you'd like. We will spend our time setting an intention, and moving into a somatic embodiment journey, we will explore the layers of your story that are asking to be seen, witnessed and expressed. We will explore your essential nature and I will help guide you into connection with the source of your creativity. This will help you begin to master your connection to your genius and your gifts. Day 2: Same as Day 1 Day 3: Cool-down. For an additional 24 hrs we voice chat and you have access to 1hr of phone Q/A or integration if that is supportive to your process. You can ask me questions and share reflections. You have a total of 2hrs of voice-memo time. You have the option to work through the integration portion of the workbook and receive support to clarify your creative process and/or vision. The Cherry on Top: Within 48hrs of our time together you will receive a written transmission from me. It may include audio if I want to energetically express something to you via voice notes. This transmission will be a reflection of how I see/experience your essence, genius and gifts. This will hold the energy of our time together and serve you as you move into your creative purpose and deeper integration of your gifts and life's work. I have written copy for years for websites and social media. I received a B.A. in Creative Writing. This transmission can serve your own copywriting, messaging or otherwise. In-Person Details: I fly to you. Cost is dependent on several factors. Includes hands on craniosacral bodywork and somatic depth work. We go deep here and well, it's just a lot of fun.
