Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle yet powerful hands-on treatment for body and mind. Performed on a massage table, the client is fully-clothed and the touch is generally light and still. The work is focused on supporting the health of the whole being, especially the nervous system which is the master controller of every other system in the body. The nervous system is responsible for both your involuntary functioning (digestion, circulation, etc.) and your capacity to experience and engage in the outside world, including your felt sense of safety, belonging, and well-being.

My training credentials: I am trained and certified in Byodynamic Craniosacral Therapy by the Colorado School of Energy Studies, studying directly under John and Anna Chitty.

I have been studying Biodynamic Craniosacral therapy since 2018. I have apprenticed and trained in the shamanic arts, herbalism, holistic healing and somatics. My own trauma brought me to this work where I realized that by learning to work with our pain and not against it, we transform that pain into vitality. Amidst the demands of our modern world, I offer regulating touch, stillness, and presence; ingredients which support the body's innate healing ability. My sessions are a reprieve from the patterns that keep us working over-time, helping you rewire the nervous system and restore your ability to meet the challenges of life. I'm trauma-informed so I have the capacity to create a safe environment to help you renegotiate patterns on a deep level (which are often rooted in attachment or relational imbalances). My work can help with chronic states of stress and anxiety, physical pain, emotional burdens or spiritual questions you may be exploring.

As an artist, I understand life as a creative unfolding, encouraging those
I meet to see themselves as a part of this natural process.
